For nearly a year of establishment, it has adeptly curated a number of innovative projects and has inspired creative partnerships across the globe.   New Sovereign Myanmar  stands out as an up-and-coming education institute with a long-term view of providing quality education national students in Myanmar .   New Sovereign Myanmar  is a private education institute (founded in 2003) in Taunggyi, Myanmar with links to universities and their school of business from UK. We are currently located at one  campus. Our comprehensive facilities will ensure an enriching teaching and learning environment.

  We have a large faculty of full-time and part time lecturers  who deliver lessons according to plans to more than 300 enrolled students annually. With an ethnic mix of students, you will experience a diverse cultural mix and get to share their different studying methods to give a multi-approach to learning.

  Our pool of lectures is always conscious of making an effort to grow a culture for a healthy exchange of teaching ideologies to enhance the learning experience of our students. We maintain an average teacher-student ratio up to 1:40, and we are confident in providing a conducive learning environment for our students.

  Our school alumni continue to keep in touch with our graduates who have entered the workforce or a tertiary institution. The graduates return to New Sovereign Myanmar  to attend a myriad of Programmed to stay connected – in the spirit of discovering learning. We will continue to provide education pathways that will allow our students to advance their education

  Objectives

  1. New Sovereign Myanmar aims to enable schools to manage their operation and resources in an effective and accountable manner so as to raise the standards of learning and teaching and thus improve the students’ learning outcomes. Hence, schools are devolved more responsibilities and provided with the necessary resources, autonomy and flexibilities so that they can respond proactively to the needs of the students and the community in the delivery of educational services.

  2. The objective is that schools will develop a management framework for building a shared vision and ownership among all members of the school community, and strengthening the partnership among the various stakeholders through participatory decision-making. The key stakeholders can contribute their views and expertise for the betterment of the school.

  3. We envisage that our schools will be professional learning communities wherein decisions are made by those who work directly with the students and continuous improvement is ensured through more systematic planning and self-evaluation processes.

  4. The Figure below illustrates how NSM influences student learning outcome and the interaction/ inter-relationship among the various elements of the school operation.
